Valley Medical Weight Control

This program works great! I love that I can use my flexible spending card I was able to buy the 4 week program and get all the shots. I've lost 4 pounds a weeks consistently and I've barley been to the gym lol. I need to step it up though and I know using this program helps accelerate that process. I would advise you stay on a healthy diet if you're not going to exercise much as you need to be in taking regular healthy calories and not eating empty calories. No program will work if you do that. I'm grateful my weight loss has been slow but steady! Thanks VMWL!
