This program is really helping me in my weight loss goals. In 12 weeks I have lost about 20 pounds and am down at least 1 pant size. And, to be honest, that is with out being very good at sticking to a diet and regularly excercising. I have a feeling that once I can regulate my schedule better to adhere to a good diet and regular excercise, this program will allow me to reach my goals in a very resonable time frame. Aside from getting promising results, the program is very fairly priced, especially when you consider the cost of your daily coffee or other money that "slips" through your hands. Following a program like this makes me accountable for my actions related to dieting, and forces me to make better decisions that are becoming habits.
