I have been going for 7 months and have lost 1-2 lbs (2lbs on average) every week. Its slow but I do not ever think about being on a diet. I did count calories on my iphone app for the first few weeks just so I had an idea how many calories I was eating to make sure I was sticking with the recommended 1200 and often found myself needing to eat something else because I was only at 900-1000 at night. Best choice I have made. Lost of diets have worked for a few weeks and even a couple months, but nothing has sustained this long. I am in the process now of slowly getting off and down to 1 pill every 3 days. No gains so far. But only losing .5 - 1 lb now per week. Which I am still not complaining. I recommend this to anyone struggling.

I have been going to Valley Med for about 4 months and have lost 16 lbs. The hours here are super convenient and the staff is very nice. They even adjust your medications if your current plan isn't being effective. I went to weight loss clinics for years in Texas and never had one bothered to adjust medications! Highly recommended.
